歡迎您使用本服務。本服務由我開發及營運。

在本條款中，任何以「黃宥琦」、「YC DEV」、「YC Huang」、「Huang Youci」、「Youci Huang」、「YC」、「huangyouci.com」等名義呈現的產品、網站、應用程式或服務，均屬本服務涵蓋範圍，此列表包括但不限於上述名稱。

  1. 許可範圍：在您遵守本條款的前提下，我授予您一個有限、非專屬、不可轉讓、不可再許可且可撤銷的許可，讓您為個人、非商業目的存取和使用本服務。本許可僅限於在您擁有或控制的裝置上使用。

    1. 對本服務的任何部分進行逆向工程、反編譯、拆解、修改或創造衍生作品。
    2. 將本服務用於任何非法、侵權、未經授權或違反本條款之目的。
    3. 出租、租賃、出借、銷售、再分發或再許可本服務。
    4. 透過網路提供本服務，使其可被多台裝置同時使用。
    5. 移除、遮蔽或更改本服務中任何的著作權、商標或其他所有權聲明。

3. 智慧財產權

本服務及其所有原始內容、功能、技術、視覺設計、AI 生成內容，均為我的專有財產，並受著作權、商標、專利及其他智慧財產權法律的保護。本條款未明確授予您的任何權利，均由我保留。

4. 隱私權與資料使用

我如何蒐集與使用您的資訊，均遵循我們的《隱私權政策》，該政策已納入本條款並成為其一部分。您同意我可蒐集、使用並處理您的技術資料及相關資訊，以促進軟體更新、產品支援、AI 分析、AI 生成內容，以及其他與本服務相關的服務。

5. 外部服務與連結

本服務可能包含或允許您存取由第三方（包括但不限於 AI 供應商、雲端平台等）提供的服務、網站或資源。您承認並同意，我不對任何外部服務的內容、準確性、功能、合法性或隱私政策負責。您使用任何外部服務的風險由您自行承擔。

6. 年齡限制

本服務僅供年滿 18 歲或具完全行為能力者使用。未成年人須經法定監護人同意並監督下方可使用本服務。

7. 用戶內容與行為規範

您不得上傳、散布、傳送任何違法、侵權、誹謗、猥褻、暴力、歧視、或其他不當內容。對於違反規範之內容，我有權隨時刪除、封鎖、限制或終止您的帳號及使用權利。

8. AI 服務與免責

若本服務包含 AI 互動、分析、生成內容等功能，您理解並同意：

  • AI 生成內容僅供參考，不代表我方立場或保證其正確性、合法性、完整性。
  • 您應自行判斷並承擔因依賴 AI 內容所產生之風險。
  • 我方不對 AI 內容造成之任何損害、誤導、損失負責。

9. 服務變更與中斷

我有權隨時修改、暫停、終止全部或部分服務，無需事先通知。對於因服務變更、中斷、終止所造成之任何損失，我不負任何責任。

10. 終止條款

本條款持續有效，直至由您或我終止。若您未能遵守本條款，您在本條款下的所有權利將自動終止。我同時保留隨時以任何理由修改、暫停或終止您存取本服務之權利。條款終止後，您必須立即停止所有對本服務的使用。

11. 無擔保聲明

Preamble

Welcome to the Service. This Service is developed and operated by me (Huang Youci).

Within these Terms, any products, websites, applications, or services presented under names including, but not limited to, "Huang Youci," "Youci Huang," "YC," "YC DEV," or "huangyouci.com" are considered part of this Service. This list is not exhaustive.

Before accessing or using the Service, please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. By accessing, downloading, or using the Service in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

  • Service: Refers to all software and services provided by me, including but not limited to websites, subdomains, all mobile applications (e.g., AST Analysis, GSAT Analysis), web applications, APIs, AI services, and related content identified by the names mentioned above.
  • User: Refers to you and any entity you represent who accesses, downloads, or uses the Service.
  • Content: Refers to all information transmitted or presented through the Service, including text, images, data, software, audio, video, and AI-generated content.

2. License to Use the Service

  1. Scope of License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
  2. Restrictions on Use: You agree not to do any of the following:
    1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.
    2. Use the Service for any illegal, infringing, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.
    3. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service.
    4. Make the Service available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
    5. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Service.

4. Privacy and Consent to Use of Data

How I collect and use your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree that I may collect, use, and process your technical data and related information to facilitate software updates, product support, AI analysis, AI-generated content, and other services.

5. External Services and Links

The Service may contain or enable access to third-party services, websites, or resources (including but not limited to AI providers, cloud platforms, etc.). You acknowledge that I am not responsible for the content, accuracy, functionality, legality, or privacy policy of any such external services. You use all external services at your own risk.

6. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity. Minors must obtain consent and supervision from a legal guardian before using the Service.

7. User Content and Conduct

You may not upload, distribute, or transmit any illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. I reserve the right to remove, block, restrict, or terminate your account and access for any violation of these rules.

8. AI Services and Disclaimer

If the Service includes AI interaction, analysis, or content generation features, you understand and agree:

  • AI-generated content is for reference only and does not represent my views or guarantee its accuracy, legality, or completeness.
  • You are solely responsible for any risks arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
  • I am not liable for any damages, losses, or misleading information caused by AI-generated content.

9. Service Changes and Interruptions

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice. I am not liable for any losses resulting from service changes, interruptions, or termination.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or me. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. I also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 13. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan.

14. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. By continuing to access or use the Service, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Language Version

If these Terms are provided in multiple languages, the Chinese version shall prevail.
